Well there is Blinky, Inky, and Clyde, a Boo from Mario, Casper the friendly ghost, Slimer from Ghost Busters, The phantom and space ghost. The other two look familiar but i can’t place them specificlly.

Casper, Slimer, Inky, Blinky, Clyde, and Boo. Missing is pinky (cheated). Phantom and Space Ghost are the odd ghouls out.

Ghosts of Christmas Past, Present, and Future. (As well as Jacob Marley)

Lets see..
Phantom and space ghost are the extras. Then Casper, Slimer. Inky, Blinky and Clyde from pac-man.
Cheated on the missing ghost from the above comments- Pinky!
I want to say Nearly Headless Nick, Bloody Baron (and the others from Potter) are missing too!
